Ultimate Wellness Program is a therapeutic lifestyle change program. This type of program means making changes in your everyday lifestyle to improve your health. With this program we will provide recommendations in four general areas including stress reduction, exercise, diet modification, and nutritional supplementation. It is not our intention that you live by these recommendations for a certain number of days and go back to your old habits…if you do, you’ll end up right back where you started. The goal is to help you create better habits that you will continue to live by for life. In return, these choices will enable you to live a full, healthy life.

We begin this program with BioImpedance Analysis (BIA) testing See BIA Guidelines. This test tells us your body composition, including your fluid distribution. We use that information to create a plan specific for you and to track your progress. Next, you will meet with Dr. Ala to review your history, goals, and BIA results. At this time she will also go over the plan she has created for you to help you attain optimum health. As you work to achieve the goals in your plan our office staff will help coach you along the way and we will see you for follow up care as needed.
